We can do better. The housing is available. Funding for housing and treatment as needed is cheaper than continued exclusion, enforcement, lawsuits, and shelters.

Both sides are ossified by members of Congress who are addicted to getting reelected. They vote for pet projects to keep their constituents happy, instead of explaining why priority projects are more important for the country. We’re all in this together. They should vote that way.
