My FB memories this week were like “Oh, remember this fun time eight years ago???” and it’s literally screenshots of when I put my Senators’ phone numbers in my contacts so I wouldn’t have to look them up each time.

This little patch of Illinois, near our backyard, hosted a bald eagle soaring through the neighborhood marsh. (Though I couldn’t photograph it in time) I’ve never realized how enormous they are, never seen one this close.
