But I'd like to hear opinions.

I've only been to Pike once, on the first trip I took with my now-wife to the PNW. We also stopped at Bridgeport and Rogue among others. It was so long ago, the memories are vague. But I'm sad many of the places we hit are gone.

Aaagh! That's disappointing.

I'm 90% sure you can write in markdown in Airmail. I just moved away from Airmail back to Mac Mail. Not a lot of standouts with the email apps.

I've typically been able to commute about once a week to the Crossroads via transit since summer ended, and the streetcars have been full every trip home since they started running. The Max was too, but that's a far smaller vehicle.

I got that for my little engineer a few years back. It's super cool. I will say, I highly recommend getting a pair of those little clippers to take off the plastic nubs that hold the pieces to the frame. Important on that build.

Rogue was our first stop off the train on our visit to Portland in ... 2009? My wife fell in love with the brown. I had a Shakespeare's, and we felt properly introduced to the PNW. I'm nostagic-sad at the news.

2017 ... I was probably pouring my last home-made beer at Nanobrew down there.

Ugh. I walked over there this afternoon. Nothing improves Italian Renaissance-style architecture like a big industrial smokestack.

There's a pope/smoke joke in here somewhere, but I'm not smart enough to come up with it.
