I don't have the magazines now, but watching the story about EGM unlocked some memories of buying and reading them as a kid. Always preferred them over GamePro. I'm glad some of the EGM issues are archived online. My favourite April Fools was Sheng Long re-appearing in SFIII.

Still having Japan withdrawals. I can't believe I was there half a month ago. Feels like a dream now. I shouldn't think about going back next year...but maybe I could go for a super short trip just to Tokyo? No more sightseeing. Just food, shopping, and vibes.

When I was in Yokohama's Cupnoodles Museum, I designed my own cup complete with a choice of soup base and toppings. I chose a curry soup base, and added shrimp, green onions, minced beef, and fish cake.
I ate the noodles today, saving the cup by removing the contents and using a bowl to cook it.

Because my flight was delayed, the plane had to park away from the gate at Haneda. So all the passengers had to take a bus from the gate to the plane. I experienced this in the previous trip, but it was a lot more annoying then due to AC changing the flight time multiple times.

Aww yeah. Thanks to the fare adjustment kiosk, I used up most of the funds loaded in my ICOCA IC card. Now I only have 2 yen left in it. On my previous 2023 trip, I had 3 yen left.

Flying out today. Of course my flight is delayed. Played my last Mezamashi Janken game with the TV this morning. I beat one of the presenters' scissors with rock. I made it past their weekly 100 point threshold, so I'm eligible for a draw for 3 kg of taro.

This is probably the only time where my Japan trip coincided with a B'z album release. Got my copy of FYOP from Tower Records in Shibuya. They had promotional stands outside the store and the Shibuya 109 building.

My siblings and I went to an anime exhibition in Ikebukuro a few days ago, and participated in a workshop to draw our own coasters. We were featured in their IG (middle pic, obviously). I didn't have much inspiration at the time, so I just drew Kamen Rider lol
