Happy thanksgiving! 🦃 I am incredibly thankful for my partner/friends/family, education, work & animals.
Squid is thankful to be able to bark about long term mental healthcare with friends this morning. He and I are both thankful I have access to care but want a province where others have that too.

Had a wonderful time at the awards ceremony last night where I received the entrance award for highest non-academic score ☺️ (yes, I aced that interview). Congrats to all of my amazing classmates and the classes ahead of us.

Waking up this morning and realizing that it's three years since my last eating disorder inpatient program admission. It feels like a lifetime ago in the best way possible. Things change, things get better. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth
