I didn't really like the taste as much as some of the other flavors, but I agree. It's one of the prettiest cans they've made.

I used flour tortillas. To get the char, I heated a non stick pan, dipped the tortillas in the consome, and then let them heat in the pan, along with the birria meat and cheese.

So far the best of the two is The Institute. It's an amazing series and puts me in the same headspace as FROM. Untamed is an amazing slow burn, but the scenery makes me want to TRAVEL. (@sjl1.bsky.social watched me explore Yosemite through Google maps for a solid hour after we called it a night)
