Beef & Barley Soup. Never had barley before and this was the best way to try with the ingredients I had. The beef just melts when you bite into it, and the barley carries that spicy, savory stock so well. I'll have to make this again... When it's... Not 90 something degrees. #TaysteTest 🍜 🍽️
