I’m sad to see the growth of more SAAS / cloud compute solutions to things which could have been streamlined and made easily achievable on personal devices. It’s nothing new at this point, but I think about what it means for the ownership of capable personal computers in the long term.

Not to be pedantic but it bothers me every time I see people referring to their supporters on Patreon as “patreons”. I don’t even think Patreon refers to members this way (citation needed).
