this is not an attack of freedom of speech. Clearly, the council decided that there is no place for transphobia in the party. he's still legally welcome to be transphobic wherever he wants

can I complain about Labor getting 62.7 percent of the seats off 34.6 percent of the vote if I'm pro-preferences and would like to see other solutions? (ie: more seats in both houses and maybe multi member electorates of some kind in lower house)
