I've been a PayPal user over 20yrs.Recently things have radically changed w/how PP interacts with us. I'm horrified to say that my latest interaction w/ them was horrifically mismanaged and when I FINALLY got a human they justified their actions by evading the issue. I'm done w'them.DM for more info
