I’m proud to work with partners who work tirelessly to build communities where everyone feels safe and where prejudice is condemned, and it’s down to all of us to challenge prejudice and hatred where we see it, and encourage people to report hate crimes they’ve experienced.

Unfortunately I also hear all too often from people who’ve faced prejudice and hatred based on something as simple as who they are, who they love, or where they happen to have been born.

We're investing £768 million in our affordable housing supply programme this year alone, and have delivered 136,700 affordable homes since 2007: 47% more than England and 73% more than Wales. As Westminster continues its race to the right, the SNP will continue improving lives and communities.

News of new investment in walk-in GPs, open seven days a week, will be welcome across the country, and protecting our care sector by sponsoring the visas of the workers we rely on is vital for those in our communities who rely on that skilled work.
