Also the reduced pledge now includes a 10% set aside. Supposed to go to TB Reach (which does great work!) so now both comes out of a reduced overall budget meaning less money for TB overall.

After big picture/global info sharing & discussions this am, now hearing from colleagues in the region. I love this slide on how to make domestic resource mobilization successful by Hanna from CCM Morocco - esp. having dedicated space for increasing CSO capacity and increasing transparency.
