GFs 13-14/100!

-Naddy is hilarious while also having surprising depth due to her backstory, & I'm hyped to see her animated.
-Yamame is so sweet, & it's nice to have a tall GF! Finally we can have The Kabocha Wine where the BF doesn't suck & loves his Giant GF

Nora Ephron really did write some banger rom coms: When Harry Met Sally is my top fave, followed by You've Got Mail. If you don't mind vintage foreign films, One Wonderful Sunday is Kurosawa directing a rom com & it slaps. Moonstruck is less comedy, but I think has more meat to chew

It's not something I can easily link to an image of, and I wish I could share how said friend voices this character, but the vibes are definitely in your alley.

I was in a Blades in the Dark campaign, & a friend's char is a manic scientist named Ectomy who had anxiety, hated pretty much everyone except for the one other member of the party who helped w/ her research, & the campaign ended w/ her becoming a demon who's free to indulge her curiosity.

3 showers a day keeps the webcomic away is my personal favorite. Everyone knows you can only update a webcomic when you're a stinky rancid mess

Something I love about archival films is that when someone had a couple feet of film left on a roll they'd often use it to film their cat. So many films finish with a few seconds of cats

So, here's some cats from the 1950s and 60s. They were loved

I think you may have run into an issue I've had with Bluesky where the internet connection was funky and as a result Bluesky just uploads a black blank square instead of your photo 😔

-exp you have could correlate with the job role (ex: maybe haven't done face to face customer interactions for your day job, but you did volunteer for a museum in a public facing role). You also gotta be ready to potentially talk about it in the interview process if you get to the next stage.

Keep in mind I haven't had a follow up interview, & so I assume they decided they -did- need someone w/ a medical background for the role, so it's not like it panned out. You literally do never know though! If it's exp you straight up lack tho, you do need to tailor your resume to explain how other-

I did apply for a place that I thought was a stretch (admin for a medical role that seemed to require a lot of medical knowledge I don't have), & I did actually get an interview! The team told me they were debating hiring someone w/ no prior med experience, & my admin background was strong enough!
