I've had several interactions with people wanting me to install various messaging programs. Please note: I will not (ever) install WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, or any similar app.

I just got a new laptop. I reinstalled all of my software.
Things are working fine except the Opera browser. It sometimes won’t load web pages. Other browsers are fine. I’ve done all of the troubleshooting I can think of, including a complete reinstall. Still no love.
