... this is prolly more a screenshot of pitfalls in setting up your game screen--but I'm going to suggest the origin of referring to Cirno as "A total nine ball" in the Touhou games...
Depicted is a screenshot of typically gameplay of the only two-player Touhou game. With the head to head screens in the screen shot. Several important parts of the game interface are labelled with a number. A description of what each numbered item is, is listed below. In Japanese, and I'm too lazy to look up translations for eight of the nine interface items Nine Ball's part of the interface is very important, and its translation is very well known. It informs people of Cirno's status as a total Nine Ball (translators note: nine ball is Touhou for idiot)

An ultra low resolution image of Kou Seiya from Sailor Moon's Sailor Stars The lack in pixels is from Google just deciding to not work correctly at all. Literally just stalling out anytime I try to ask it to do anything--it is literally worse on the parts of Google with more AI-Tools. Many times parts of the site will not even load. Other times I will click on something, and I will have something telling me it is loading, but it isn't loading, it just put up the loading image without actually doing anything other than putting up the loading image. Like if I opened up a loading image in an image viewer--except, I'm trying to do more than that obviously. I just want to be able to grab a single image for the purpose of a silly response to people. This was literally easier to do in the 1900s--how have we gone so much further backwards? Oh right, the bar is literally on the ground for adding alt-text, that even stuff like what I wrote here gets a pass. Now, if people would just add alt-text, than you could get upset about this--what a wonderful world it would be if this was not something that passed the basic minimum requirements?
