#ReliefWednesday - Relief of a Rhodian trireme's stern carved into the rock at Lindos, Rhodes. Dating from the 2nd century BC, this was the work of the sculptor Pythokritos. It served as the base for a bronze statue of Hagesandros, honoured by the Lindians on the occasion of a naval victory.
