I've rarely felt so seen and validated by a piece of writing. I got an ADHD diagnosis late in life that made a lifelong habit of self-hate and shame somewhat less, and I took action. Perimenopause threatened to undo that work. I will not let it. www.salon.com/2025/09/22/g...

@ghweldon.bsky.social Hearing "skibidi toilet" come out of your mouth on today's PCHH made me double over so hard, I almost cracked my skull on the counter. I think it actually ripped a portal to another dimension.

I had the tremendous privilege of sitting down with Regina King a couple months ago. We recited a poem together off the cuff, and had a real, raw, beautiful conversation about loss and the kind of love that transcends time and space. I'd be honored if you listened. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/t...

I just remembered that today on the A train, there was a delivery bike locked onto a pole, no owner in sight, and a slab of probably 20 pounds of red meat wrapped lightly in plastic on a board on the back. I hope the meat got wherever uptown it needed to be.
