At 3-0, United are above Liverpool now! Thanks, City 😁 Drop their goal difference down even more

I’m really happy it’s not a loss! But it should’ve been a win. This week we went 90 minutes with only 1 shot on target. It’s fine to concede! Both goals are pretty good from Spurs (last week’s two were our mistakes) If we convert more chances, conceding one or two goals doesn’t have to mean losing.

So, I found a M. Noël (André Claude). He's def my protagonist's friend in the gardening club, the "ancien notaire" who lived on Rue Rivoli, number 30. But he's not my protagonist's business partner in the Salle Ventadour/Opéra-Comique venture. Their signatures are very distinctive and don't match 🙁

If you have any info on a M. Noël, who was (a) part of the Société d’horticulture de Paris in 1828 and/or (b) a creditor for the Salle Ventadour venture in 1830, please let me know! Noël is a hard family name to track down. Looking for a rich bourgeois dude (who probably likes gardening) ca. 1830.

|25-40| = 15 (Chelsea’s compromise)

20 ≠ 15

There’s a clear winner here—clear as Grimsby—and United aren’t it.

“Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim suffered the most embarrassing result of his Old Trafford reign as his woeful team were humiliated by League Two Grimsby Town in the Carabao Cup.”

This is accurate and, somehow, both surprising and predictable at the same time.
