Day trip to Kätkävaara, Tervola (Lapland, Finland). The hill formed during the ice age and it left behind this rakka or "pirunpelto" ("Devil's field"). Worth visiting!

Cooking in our sauna cottage and trying new recipes. Perunarieska (maybe potate flatbread in English 🤔) is usually made with mashed potatoes but I used mashed potato flour this time. Easy to do so I'm going to try these sometime during a hike.
