Like pls. I don't have the emotional capacity for end of life planning at 8 p.m. on a Monday.

I chose not to go to grad school at all because I couldn't afford it. My original plan was a school in Illinois. I toyed with the idea of moving to Illinois first to get residency, then re-apply. Maybe I should have. (Not that I plan on doing school again rn.)

Don't get me wrong! I've been in many book clubs. I'm in 2 right now. I just hope book clubs born out of this political moment are also focusing on action alongside self-education. At the bare minimum, it is community, and we need that so bad.

Educating ourselves is so critical, and yet, is that education pushing us to further action? I hope so, but I'm not always sure.

I'm sure the handful of people following me are on their edge of their seat, but my dog doesn't need surgery! Some pills and monitoring, but no surgery.
