My goal through my work with the foundation is to help advance personalized treatment options, advocate for IBD patients at a state and federal level, and one day see cures emerge for this generation of patients—and the next. 6/7

One of the reasons I'm so passionate about supporting this organization is because the fastest growing patient population is in children, and I was also diagnosed at a young age. 5/7

Fact #3: One of the Foundation's goals is to have early phase clinical trials testing treatments as possible CURES within the next ten years. 4/7

Fact #2: Since its founding in 1967, the Foundation has played a role in every major breakthrough in IBD research. This includes being a part of developing the medicine I've been on for 18+ years. 3/7
