I think it was a way of referencing the fact that he’s held the popular position on many things for a long time and general party refusal to work with him, and even willingness to throw him under the bus for cheap political points demonstrates the divide between party leadership and the constituency

I’m not sure if you only saw a clip or watched the larger video he put out yesterday, but his point was less “I’m just a lil guy nobody cares what I have to say” and more ‘I AM an extremely significant voice on the left and it’s indicative of the democrat’s fecklessness that they do not talk to me.’

And now we call each other señor and señorita and I think we both get a kick out of it too. In typical fashion he hasn’t messed up once since we started doing this either. Idk he’s such a pleasure to work with and such a friendly guy and I really appreciate that I get to work with him.

Anyways the only thing is that he mostly speaks Spanish. He understands English well (this understanding but inability to speak is remarkable to me) though. This is only a problem because he was been struggling to remember my pronouns, so I said “just do it in Spanish?” And he said “okay señorita!”

Idk this post is about how much I enjoy working with my boss because that dude is the one boss I have EVER worked with who has seen me for the worker I am and not been at best indifferent and at worst actively exploited me. Thank you boss

There are some bosses out there who will recognize your talent and the fact that you‘re busting ass not because you wanna look good and climb ladders but because you straight up love the game and they will treat you so well because they know you’ll do the same
