Our lovely independent milkman just delivered the milk and was very startled when I bounded out of the door and enthusiastically thanked him. Having just been reminded of the horrors of Milk&More thanks to this thread!

Actually, it’s worse than that. They’ve been incompetent since at least 2018, when I put a howling toddler on the phone to them as they’d failed to deliver the milk for breakfast

Hmm, yay and boo simultaneously? It’s 3.5 years since we moved and they’ve not managed to improve by the sounds of it. I seem to remember having milk delivery problems in 2019 and only restarting them because of lockdown. So that’s nearly six years!

Boo, how horrendous on top of everything else. Milk&More carried on delivering to our house in Staines weeks after we moved to York and had cancelled it. It kept the estate agent in milk as he kept having to go and check.
Thinking of you.

It was indeed very yummy. And there is now a lot of it in the freezer for Future Me since nobody else wanted to eat it!

I did get a bit mesmerised with the video in the exhibition showing the archive storage. If I could have eaten the scone whilst watching that…

I enjoyed the exhibition and also the scone. It came with enough butter to make a cake!

You will notice that I happily read a bit more of “Less”
then hit the sales!

As long as better books and not rubbish books are bought! And these don’t exceed the storage in the house *glares at rest of household*
