None of these pokemon were picked with battling in mind I like the aspect of taking care of pokemon a lot more. I do have a screenshot of my reasoning behind each choice though
Discord screenshot reading: Emboar is protective of friends (and a starter so yknow) Audino is used by the pokemon center so it's useful for healing Lilligant is a pokemon that's hard to take care of so having it would indicate a trainer being good at taking care of pokemon Munna eats dreams which is useful for nightmares Unfezant doesn't actually help with the job but Pidove (its first form) is a very forgetful pokemon and not useful in battle so I imagine it's quite unpopular Unfezant is also very loyal Leavanny needs a high friendship to evolve and makes clothes for weaker pokemon Stoutland (and it's previous form Herdier) are based on herding dogs also Stoutland's fur provides warmth also a very loyal pokemon cause dog leaning more towards Lilligant than Munna tbh End ID

pokemon b/w anniversary was a few days ago and that game is one of my faves so I finally drew myself a trainer with a team (with some design notes in the alt text)

Unova has a lot of fashionable trainers but since their team is majority normal types I went for a much more casual look the clothing is also loose and comfortable because they are a caretaker. There's a lot of green in their design to match the two grass types. The orange hair was going to be there either way, but emboar being a member of the team makes it look intentional. End of fun notes.

Out of these the one that sticks out the most would be Thancred's quote. It is a little funny though because in that section of Endwalker he's saying all that and his three elezen companions are just like "yeah". The first two do tie back to Lunelle's character but the third quote I just like a lot.
