I've managed FIVE WHOLE YEARS without getting so much as a minor cold so what happens a week before something I've been looking forward to for over a year? The nasty of nastiest colds - so grateful it's not the rona though.

Got the chance to read an advance copy of Daughter of Daring by Mallory O'Meara. A fascinating deep dive into Helen's career and how women ruled the early days of filmmaking. Equal parts inspiring and maddening I adored this read. 5⭐️
