The rules under which overseas military voted did not require photo ID, so they didn’t send a copy of their ID, which he argues invalidates their ballots. (Different rules from other absentee voters, who had to provide a copy of ID.)

Griffin is also trying to disenfranchise members of the military who voted while overseas. In fact, he says if he wins that case, he’ll drop the other. This guy is a sitting NC judge trying to join the state Supreme Court!!

Even though the list includes both D and R voters, Griffin thinks that by disenfranchising these 60,000, it will reverse his loss, which is only 800 or so votes.

Voters who registered using a specific form — a legal form provided by the BOE — that didn’t include DL # or SSN. The list disproportionally includes more young voters and people of color.

My son is on the list, too — no idea why! BOE said there’s nothing questionable about his registration or ballot. Unbelievable that there’s nothing we can do to stop this!
