Long covid since July 2020 interrupting IT career with all the side hustles.
Of course we loved it, just not sure a new viewer is going to find their way in through that joyous silly mess.

I picked the wrong starter episode, Grian went into full gremlin, zero explanation mode. #hertmitcraft11

I don't know if I meet the me diagnostic criteria but long covid blew up my life in 2020 please please protect yourselves. Even a little sometimes is worth it. Don't give into to all or nothing thinking.

It's a skill I wish I had much younger, in my middle age I see the misery and dark of the world more easily without trying but need to practice seeing the joy and wonder. I also loved that bit dwelling or sharing her grief and pain didn't invalidate the heaviness of those feelings.

I like the idea you can write what you need to see. Also a refreshing way to engage with events sweeping her up. Always coming back to the beauty and wonder around her.

I didn't read the whole thing sorry! Yes it's so restrictive because that's where lots of our bodies are at. For me I try to operate based on the worst metric, how I feel, what my heart rate is doing, the way bb is going. I can't stop it going really high but I can break up and limit the time there

I have a Garmin Venu 2? and a visible armband with the subscription. I used the watch to have an alarm for a heart rate over a certain number now I just get the notification after a minute. I also use them both to have a sense of if my body is more reactive that day.

It is wonderful, and I've just finished! I really enjoyed the way the books made me think about our perceptions of culture and historical humans. It's left me imagining all the possibilities for what might come next! Thank you.
