This is a concession by the U.S. government that its “arrangement” with El Salvador is irrevocable. To me this has to be grounds to argue that the arrangement itself is unconstitutional under the Fifth and Eighth Amendments

A manhunt is underway for murder suspect, Kevin Nicholas Kuintzle, 33, who escaped from a correctional facility in Idaho, the St. Anthony Work Camp in Fremont County.
He is also believed to have tried to carjack someone after he walked out of the prison.
