I agree! People should be careful online as we should not trust everything we see. It's important to check where the information is coming from and is there evidence to back up the claim.

Hi Diana! The article that you picked was a great. I liked how it had dietary plan from ages 2-18 and how much is needed. Like you said it's a great and easy way for parents to plan their nutrition diet.

I agree, people don't need an extreme diet to lose weight. Losing weight does not happen within a week or day. The key is to be consistent with your choices, body and mind. It will help to keep you motivated over time and build skills. Also having a support system will help with the journey. 🙌

I agree, ppl who tend to fat shame others think that it is motivating the person to find a healthy lifestyle. When in reality it is making it worse. Fat shaming is bullying we see it online, in real life, and in health care settings. We shouldn't judge ppl as we don't know someone's situation.

I agree with trying to juggle so many things at a time. Cooking a healthy meal is not on my mind so much. I just try to eat what I can to give myself energy to push through the day when I am on campus. I try to prepare meals a day before to bring to campus but most of the times I am too tired 😔

I agree there are times where one might need vitamins for vitamin deficiency or conditions that require certain vitamins. This article is a great choice, it talks about the kind of food we can eat to obtain certain vitamins for your health + action steps to help ppl who want to take vitamins.

When I was looking for resources I also came across "The Nutrition Source." They do a good job at explaining different types of nutrition. Also they organize their website so it's easy to navigate and look for info! They support their claims with links to research and other credible articles 🙌
