I’ve been doing so much research on sourdough starters and I’m shook. Just how they’re living organisms and how you keep them alive and can use them making bread for years and stuff is INSANE! 😂 I had no idea how wild this whole bread world was! 🥖

Major life update! I’ve been debating for years but it’s official: Tagalongs aka “peanut butter patties” are no longer the preferred peanut butter Girl Scout Cookie, it is now officially the Do-so-do or the “peanut butter sandwich”. Also all the creativity in the names of the 80s & 90s is gone 🙄

I miss being excited about someone. It’s such a good feeling. And it’s been awhile for me. Trying not to lose hope, and my family (specifically my sister’s delightful commentary earlier) certainly never helps things. Some people never had to truly struggle.
