The SGIP program is available throughout CA - any CA resident who meets the income requirements is eligible, not just LADWP customers. SGIP has been available for years, but LADWP just joined this month.

Point is - utility rate hikes are more controlled at the state level but obviously can be influenced by federal policy/investment

Utility rate increases are approved at the state level by a public utilities commission (PUC) - the PUCs are supposedly "independent regulators" but there is a major revolving door issue. Utility rate hikes get approved with no push back by the PUC (see CA with 10%+ hikes every qtr).

VERY alarming - holy shit, conversion therapy is such an abusive practice that 27 states, DC, & Puerto Rico have all banned conversion therapy. I am so heartbroken and fearful for our community

YTD is helpful here to highlight the tariff impacts on durable goods, since durable good prices typically don't fluctuate as much month-to-month - the data here is more industrial-focused inflation versus CPI which is consumer-focused
