I am super excited to begin this new chapter and to train and educate future veterinarians and biomedical scientists. I am also deeply grateful to my formal and informal mentors who have supported and guided me throughout this journey.

My lab will focus on Gram-negative and mycobacterial diseases of animals and humans, with an emphasis on bacterial physiology and pathogenesis, drug discovery, and antibiotic resistance.
