Later, my dad suggested that my next tattoo be that of Jewish Space Lasers and now.... dammit. I guess it has to be.
It's a saucer-like UFO with payos, firing down a beam that says, "JEWISH SPACE LASER". I'm not sure if I want this design or not, but if I do, the laser is going to be in trans colors.

According to Dakota County District Court records reviewed by Newsweek, 23-year-old Robin Westman was granted a name change in 2020 because the "minor child identifies as a female and wants her name to reflect that identification." Charlie Kirk, conservative Turning Point USA founder and CEO, posted on X on Wednesday, "If you are crazy enough to want to hormonally and surgically 'change your sex,' you have a mental disorder, and you are too crazy to own a firearm."

I mean, I get wanting to recoup your losses and get your backers what they pledged for, but the least you could do would be to give us an estimate on how much this is going to cost us. There's only so much extra I'm willing to pay to get my pledge before I just give up and call it a lost cause.
A letter from Quartermaster Logistics, which is the one most board game companies use to ship and distribute their Kickstarter pledges. Final Frontiers has recently been shuttered due to tariffs and being screwed over by other game companies, and this is their attempt to recoup their losses. Basically, what it says that if we want to get our pledge, we'll have to pay for additional shipping and an "additional amount to offset the unpaid ocean freight charges" At no point does it mention what this amount would be.

So, if an author has a bajillion links on where you can go to buy their books, like in the image here, which one should I choose so that the author will get the most out of it? My go-to is itch but that's not always available.

So here's my end of year roundup. Only 15 books this year which is really rather low for me. It's not really indictive of how much I've read, though, since I've read a lot of online fiction. There was a three month period where I didn't read any books at all so... 🤷

Oh, God, tell me about it. I'm a Magic player who started when the first set came out. At the time we thought the art was really good but if you go back and look at it now it's pretty hideous. I mean look at the original Llanowar elves!

It's a still from the Pirates of Darkwater cartoon, which aired from 1991 to 1992, but only had 21 episodes created. The cartoon is fondly remembered and had better writing than most of the cartoons that came out at the time, and it's a damn shame it was canceled before they could finish the series.
