Simply trying my best to touch grass and make things with my hands.
Put a wig on this sweet judgmental potato and brought a smile to my face. #dogs

I’m currently celebrating that I’ve made it onto the sleeves of my sea glass sweater, while also mourning the fact that I’ll have to figure out what to do with hundreds of ends once I get off of sleeve island.

Oh the challenges we knitters make for ourselves!

Are you team braid or weave?

Dinner at Curry Corner on Nolensville Road last night - absolutely delicious! I hate that we were the only diners in the place so giving it a boost here - gotta spread the good!

“I hope that when I die, my body says that I danced, enjoyed the warmth of the sun on my face, and loved both squats and french fries.”

Alua Arthur in Briefly Perfectly Human.

Same. Just started this book, and already it’s a recommend.

I’ve lost count of how many pairs of Hermione’s Everyday Socks I’ve knit over the years. However today I finished a pair in my favorite color in my current favorite sock 🧶(Amble by The Fibre Co.) so I’d say that this day is starting off cozier than many.

May you also find moments of warmth today!

Simply sharing a moment that made me smile:

A dog in a stroller, eagerly shopping for antiques. Is he eying the cat?! Classic!

Sometimes you gotta look up #fungifriends

Can you help me identify this 🍄? I came across this in Middle Tennessee in early November, high up on a dead tree. My guess was that it’s an oyster variety but I’ve never seen ‘em quite like this!
