I met my daughter, an undergrad at U of T, for coffee at the Royal Conservatory before teaching the first class of Poetry II (winter) in the School of Continuing Studies, U of T. After the class, a student said, "You're so passionate about poetry! It's great to be taught by someone so passionate."

Feeling heartache over the loss of brilliant Andrew Pyper. My condolences to his family and our mutual friends. He had a great working relationship with my late husband, Gregory Sinclair, who commissioned and produced Oracle for Audible Canada. A career highlight for Greg, an international success.

Had a lovely evening at the National Ballet of Canada's performance of Body of Work (choreographed and performed by Guillaume Cote), Sir Frederick Ashton's Rhapsody, and Silent Screen (choreographed by Sol Leon and Paul Lightfoot). Siphesihle November and Tirion Law were magnificent!
