Remember the poster inspired by stained glass?
Well, I decided to actually try making a mini version, in real glass. I haven't cut or solder glass in my entire life. Maybe starting with 32 pieces was a bad idea.

I forgot I could’ve just painted glass instead.

It’s awful. I love it.

My art is going to the moon! Feels a bit weird to be celebrating when the world feels on fire, but as many of you, as people that look up to the moon to find comfort, knowing thah a piece of me will be there, brings me joy today #sciart #moon #art

Thats a super cool rock collection! Mine is really small, I lost all my rocks in the moving of my previous apartment, but they live with an orrery, some fossils, and a meteorite! #geology #rocks

Honestly what do you mean that I have to present in the meeting after the Phd in astrophysics?! That was a very nice research on neutron stars and gravitational waves Mark, anyway, here you can see my drawing of a tardigrade wearing an astronaut helmet, it will be good for engagement #sciart

If you look closely you can see Ramon y Cajal drawings in the background

A few months ago @juangallego.bsky.social sent me Ramon y Cajal drawings and I suddenly got obssesed with #neurons synapses and glial cells.
Hope you like it!

This seems like a good idea, neutron stars should get way more hype, so I want to add my two cents, but I will def be having pasta bolognesa too #NeutronStarWeek #Sciart

An oldie but happy #asteroidday !
This was one of my first posters and still have it in my heart

I finally added some of my old posters to my store in case you are in need of some space posters, or if you're like me and mostly just favourite things, get excited, feel guilty, and never buy them, which is bad marketing for me but a valid way of shopping tbh

Made this after a trip where I found myself staring at stained glass in old churches for way too long. Not sure it’s finished, but I needed to let it go for now.

Open to thoughts, might revisit it later. It’s about the black hole that formed after two binary stars collided

Like why?

I started doing little absurd infographics every morning just to have a bit of fun, or to just rant. Can we please stop creating apps for everything, I promess my water filter jug doesn't need one. #Scicomm

If you have the feeling lately of space being just for big companies and billionaires, you should check out Copenhagen Suborbitals! They are a crowdfunded team building rockets to reach space on their own. And I also designed the patch for their next mission🚀 #sciart

It’s been 4 years since I started designing mission patches! Throw back to my first, Teidesat, a student initiative from the Canary Islands, (the first!) they want to send an optical message from LEO to Teide’s ground station, I hid the message in the orbit. Extra points if you decode it! #sciart

Saw recently Hank Green geeking on Jupiter’s moons, and it reminded me of this old poster! 410 years ago, Galileo spotted what seemed like stars near Jupiter. After several nights he realized they were moons orbiting Jupiter. 🔭 This was Inspired by his notes & sketches!

In a world of Ai, feels nice doing somethig by hand, celebrating imperfections, not caring about anything else than having fun with paints, long live spontaneus crafts💙

The hardest part of creating a design? Posting it on social media, but anyway, here it is! Neutron stars are insanely dense,(teaspoon of neutron star would weight 4 billion tons on Earth). Some are pulsars, like beacons in space or/and magnetars!

"The team predicts that the two neutron stars will spiral slowly toward each other in a cosmic dance, ultimately colliding in a kilonova explosion." Inspired by @skuthunur.bsky.social article & thanks to @astro-jje.bsky.social for patiently answering all my silly binary star questions! #Sciart

Did you knew that earth is not the only planet with #nothernlights?🌌
Also fun fact, #jupiter has auroras bigger than our entire planet, and apart from planets some natural satellites, brown dwarfs, and even comets also host auroras.Made this last year when I got terribly obsessed about it 🌌

From when I got inspired when I went to a #blackhole conference at the planitarium in Copenhaguen, went home and immediately made a sketch in my phone.
