That’s a good one. Right now I find my feed extremely heavy and there’s only so much despair I can take in a day before I get in bed and stay there.

Yeah. We had never been apart for that long and certainly never gone that long without talking! It made her 9 days in Peru last year feel like nothing.

I quit coffee over a year ago. I miss it but I sleep better since. Last night was a question of my crappy sleep schedule over Christmas and new years. I just need to reset.

I know that’s the “healthy” way to do things! I sleep with a podcast on so I always have my phone.
