Israeli forces shot and killed 14-year-old Omar Mohammed Rabea, a Palestinian-American, in the occupied West Bank near the town of Turmus Aya, northeast of Ramallah.
Omar was with two other Palestinian boys — both U.S. citizens — when Israeli forces opened fire. Soldiers wounded both boys.
