I also feel like my attitude towards remakes and remasters changed over the last 5 years.
Now I’d rather see a smaller scale careful restoration than a lavish expensive production, anchored to the same material in the same medium.
I enjoyed RE4 Remake, but it should’ve been a standalone thing.
