I told Virgin media on the phone when I was leaving ‘I can literally see £30 not £55 on your website’ ‘that’s for new customers’ ‘I’m going to leave and in a fortnight you’re going to start spamming me offering that rate’ ‘that’s for new customers’. The spam started even before the last bill.

Virgin Media changed my broadband plan without my permission whilst I was in hospital for two weeks having cancer surgery—awful firm.

Sorry - I know complaining about companies online is dreadfully lame. But just consider this a warning from fucked-over me to pre-fucked-over you: Do not take out a contract with Virgin Media under any circumstances. They view you the way a wolf views a field of livestock.
