I know several people who open 10 tabs to fact-check their science shitposts, myself included, and it's frustrating to see sCieNcE iS aMaZinG accounts gain millions of followers without putting in 20% of our effort.

some people think of privilege as an on/off switch, which is wrong
others think of it as a spectrum, which is also wrong
