As mentioned, the dominant values of these times are trash. Members of the Council of Europe now wish to incorporate this trash into the ECHR and make human rights only applicable to some humans, qualified by certain circumstances.

Very sobering. There is no doubt exuberance regarding investments in AI, but is it yet irrational? Look at asset valuations of AI start-ups. They are certainly NOT rational. Still, loan financing based on those valuations is piling up. The consequences of that when exuberant irrationality vanishes?

No doubt, energy supply in Europe needs a rethink to make it dependable, sustainable and less vulnerable in war. But should Europe partner with the US for this? A country that for a second time elected a President who shares none of our values, concerns and respect. That is a volatile partner.
