Freezing income and NIC thresholds while also shrinking the cap on pension deductibles. Meanwhile Capital gains are still taxed less than income. Also this "mansion tax" is a 1% for value over £2 million.

The UK suffers from a lack of wealth circulation in the economy. We're seeing it with consumer industries as the price of essentials rise. Yet the money exists just sitting there outside circulation just being accumulated.

I studied Soviet history. I hate them for reasons you don't know about from mass graves of striking workers to the abject misery and torture of their labour camps. If saying Ukraine lost land to Russia makes me a tankie then you have no grip on reality.

Yes that's the consequence of the war crimes trials but you have quite literally posted a picture of a man signing a diplomatic document. We will not have that fortune with Russia beyond maybe a few. But Ukraine doesn't have the power to reclaim all their lost territory. It's grim but fact.

Every war that has ever been fought has ended with negotiation. Even the unconditional surrender of the Axis powers had diplomats talk. So unless you belief every Russian is going to be raptured the war will end with a negotiated peace.

That article doesn't really conduct a good critique of the Greens. Strong piece of advice, don't start articles by hypothesising Stalinist infiltration. Sure you can critique reformism but then don't try to sell a different reformist party.

It is so hard to see the similarities of this party in government to the original groups who founded it. Gone is the internationalism and even the socialism. All that remains is a right wing nationalist party. May history condemn it!

Most who abandoned Labour wont even know what a Trotskyite is let alone be one. For most people they don't have the time for complex ideologies, they just want life to get better.
