Yep, I’m pretty bad about eating vegetables as well. He puts a lot of spinach in his smoothies, along with peanut butter and bananas. It’s a little different each time.

My son has been making smoothies to get more servings of vegetables and fruit. Also, he’s eating us out of house and home.
