ALL TOO OFTEN THE WOUNDS INFLICTED ON ABUSE SURVIVORS ARE INVISIBLE and so we are misunderstood and harshly judged - remember this - your wounds may be invisible but they are very still very real and you are one hell of a warrior

CHRISTMAS IS ON ITS WAY AGAIN … and for trauma survivors it can be a challenging time as family gatherings often trigger abuse memories.
It might be hard to do but you can say, “NO” to “doing what’s expected” if you by others on this one day a year and put your mental health first ❤️
