I’ve only watched two seahawks games this season (last sunday and this sunday), but man they are on fire. maybe it’s just the teams they’re playing but they seem so much more physically and mentally agile than I’ve ever seen them. they look so electric and alert on the field

I went back on insta recently, but couldn’t stand all the “buy this now” messaging I was getting. I deactivated, there’s just too much mindless consumerism on insta. i’ve taken part in it before, always with regret. I miss staying in touch with friends on insta, but I can’t stand that shit anymore

The old school chinese restaurant jacob and I used to frequent when we lived in Shoreline. It was just down the street from us. We took Hugo there for a family date last week ❤️

Columbo’s on the case
I had a very large noncancerous cyst on the back of my neck removed recently, that had been growing since like 2013. It had been with me through some of my life’s biggest milestones, slumps, and all the small everyday moments. I’m happy it’s gone but I kinda sorta miss it! It left a great scar.

watched my first seahawks game yesterday now that the world series is done. such a contrast to the world series where the teams were evenly matched. the seahawks whupped the commanders’ butts. that elbow injury was horrendous to watch though, they shudda put a trigger warning for the slo mo replay😖🤢
