Watched Megalopolis this week. Francis Ford Coppola’s 2024 film. The parallels it portrays between Rome and America is stark and is so relevant to what happened in 2021 and what is happening now in America. It also offered hope which we need.

Watched episode 1 of season 2 of Severance last night. Good to be back with the Innys

So pleased that Colin Farrell won the Golden Globe for The Penguin. He was so good and the series was excellent.

Local park this morning. Chilly but I enjoyed my walk.

First film watched in 2025 - LA Confidential - a favourite of mine especially for Russell Crowe as Bud White.

Love the new season of Silo. Science fiction is my favourite genre and it’s been missing from tv and movies for a few months. I’ve missed it. Glad it’s back. 🙂

Still on a high from the concert on Saturday. It was an amazing event to be part of and we sounded pretty good and had an appreciative audience. Looking forward to doing it all again at the weekend at two other venues 🎼🎼🎼😀

Another windy grey day here but we are lucky compared to other parts of the UK. Luckily I can chill and read more of my book 🙂
