Hi Katy, yesterday had home visit from GP. Really difficult to arrange as GPs in our surgery don't do home visits any more. But exception made. Wrote letter beforehand to make best use of GP's time. He was wonderful. Wide-ranging review of mum's health needs, including medication. 8 changes agreed.
