What an incredible evening last night was, seeing two of my favourite bands perform live in Manchester - Wage War and Architects!
I felt really good about myself too which is a rarity, but I'm definitely too old for circle pits. One was definitely enough for me! 😅

Highly recommend this for anyone interested in the subject or studying to become a counsellor or psychotherapist.
