What an incredible evening last night was, seeing two of my favourite bands perform live in Manchester - Wage War and Architects!
I felt really good about myself too which is a rarity, but I'm definitely too old for circle pits. One was definitely enough for me! 😅

I’m seeing a lot of folks expressing depressed feelings lately.
I wanted to offer insight that this time of the year our brains go through a lot with changes in the weather (Seasonal Affect Disorder) and general stress can exacerbate the symptoms.
